The opentechvoc promotes open knowledge to bring technical and vocational education for all.
The opetechvoc target is to bring the trainers, practitioners, and service providers inside the on-line community of knowledge builders to enable continuing education and certification of the Philippine workforce, whoever, wherever, and whenever.
The opentechvoc supports the open sharing of knowledge resources that are aligned to the performance specifications defined in the technical and vocational competency standard of the government accreditation agency, and the recruiting work places.
